If you have received a promo code to use with Safewill you can apply this when you get to the checkout. These promotions may require specific codes to activate and may have limitations, such as excluding additional services like Power of Attorney documents.
Promo codes may also be received via email or through specific partnerships, providing additional opportunities to access discounts. Additionally, some promo codes may be specific to organizations or unions. Users are encouraged to check their membership materials or contact their organization directly to obtain these codes.
If you do not have a discount code, there are several ways to obtain one:
Check Your Membership Details: If you belong to a union or partner organization, your discount code may be included in your membership materials or communications.
Contact Your Organization: Reach out to your union or organization directly to request the appropriate code.
Use Safewill Support: If you are unsure about your code or cannot locate it, contact Safewill support. Provide details about your membership or organization to receive assistance.
Discount codes are only applicable to new wills that have not yet been submitted and cannot be used for existing or finalised wills. Additionally, promo codes cannot be applied to unlocking fees for inactive or existing wills, as these fees are mandatory for reactivating or editing a will.
The full price will be shown in the total amount at the top right of the checkout page. Ensure that the discount is applied before completing payment by checking the updated total amount after entering the promo code.
For automatic discounts, no action is required as they are applied automatically, and the reduced price will be visible at checkout.
To apply a discount code, complete all required modules in your will, select Submit for Review, and then enter your promo code in the designated field at the checkout page before finalisng your submission.
When you enter your promo code and select apply, the discount will be applied and the new total value will be shown. If the promo code does not work, double-check its accuracy, ensure it is still valid, or try re-entering it. Contact Safewill support if the issue persists. Ensure you are entering the code exactly as provided, including any dashes or special characters.
The updated total will display immediately after applying the promo code, ensuring transparency in the discount application.
If you forgot to apply a discount code during checkout, Safewill’s team may be able to refund the difference if you provide the intended coupon code. Additionally, if a technical issue prevented you from using a valid discount code, you may be eligible for a refund after verifying your account information.
If the final payment has already been processed, retroactive application of a discount code may not be possible. Refund eligibility is subject to Safewill’s policies and your account status.
A credit card is required for account verification and security purposes but you won't be charged anything if the total value comes to $0 with your promo code. For example, during Charity Wills Week, the Essentials will is free, but additional services like a Power of Attorney document may incur extra charges.
This applies broadly to all promotions where the total value is reduced to $0, not just during Charity Wills Week.
