New customers can now request a quote, contract and sign up online. Once they have done this the customer care team will contact them to arrange the best payment option for them.
The customer care team is notified of quote requests and contract signing via an email into support called “Safewill Cremations quote generated for” or “Safewill Cremations contract generated for”

Customer goes to the online quote tool
Customer is displayed a quote and sent an email and a "request a contract" button
Customer will be directed to a page to provide the contract information
The customer will then be shown their contract and be able to download it by selecting "you can download the PDF and read it in your own time"
A new ticket is created to let you know they have signed the contract, you can then contact the customer and follow the normal lead process if they have not requested a contract and the payments process if they have signed the contract and need to pay
Be aware when contacting the customer if you are speaking about a quote or a contract (contracts are stored under the zendesk contact once the deal is converted) so you can have an appropriate conversation
