A year of free unlimited updates is included with the purchase of your Will. We want to ensure that you're comfortable with all of the details and we understand that there's a lot to cover off initially!
This includes unlimited updates to your Will, ensuring that you can make necessary changes as you familiarize yourself with the process.
Thereafter, our annual subscription costs $15/year to make unlimited updates to your Will. This is completely optional and can be opted out of at any time. If you decide to re-subscribe after opting out, there is an $80 unlocking fee.
The subscription auto-renews annually unless you opt out, and you can cancel it at any time through your account settings.
We encourage people to do the subscription as then you can update your Will as life changes - a new family member comes into the world, getting married, career shifts, or buying or selling property or other major assets. The idea is the Will is something that changes with you.

Furthermore, refunds for the subscription fee can be requested if you no longer wish to use the service, ensuring flexibility and customer satisfaction.
