Safewill has been designed to effectively dispose of your Australian assets. International Wills are inherently complex and technical, as they require detailed knowledge of not only Australian law but of the law of one or more foreign countries.
A Will created via Safewill can be instructive in a foreign jurisdiction, but we cannot guarantee that it will be legally binding. If you require a single Will that is valid in multiple countries, we recommend obtaining specialist legal advice.
Otherwise, many of our customers who have overseas assets will simply obtain legal advice and write a second Will in that overseas country to ensure the assets are properly dealt with.
