Is Safewill right for me?

Safewill is appropriate for most Australian residents above the age of 18, provided you do not have a particularly complex estate (for example with overseas assets, or where you wish to create a testamentary trust). Safewill was designed to be suitable for most Australians, and covers the basic features of Will writing (including executorship, appointing guardians for your pets and children, and estate distribution). On top of this, if you want to leave more complex instructions such as specific gifts, care funds or funeral instructions, our platform allows for this too.
